sports rehab
Injuries suck, plain and simple. The moment you’re sidelined, the recovery timer starts ticking, and impatience sets in. Personalized, 1:1 physical therapy helps you keep moving safely and effectively until you’re ready to hit the ground running again.
My goal is not only to get you back on your feet, but also to return you to sport stronger than before your injury, and to create a space for open, honest communication, experimentation, and unrestricted motivation.

my pt story
After growing bored and restless with my desk job, I made the course-altering decision to go back to school. In the past, the classroom was the last place I wanted to be, but this time around I felt present, curious, and driven by my passion for sport. I earned a Bachelor's in Exercise and Sports Studies and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from D’Youville University, and spent four years on my feet, in the field, as a Physical Therapist at multiple sites, including Buffalo Physical Therapy, Excelsior Orthopedics, and Trinity Orthopedics. For me, MRC is the culmination of all of my technical training, self-learning, and genuine love for helping active people stay active.
