A man running in a marathon, wearing a black sleeveless athletic shirt, black shorts, a black cap, sunglasses, and a racing bib number 2220, on a scenic road with trees and a car in the background.

my running journey

While sport has always been part of my identity in one way or another, I didn’t enter the world of competitive running until adulthood, when all it took was one local 5k to set things in motion, personally and professionally. Through running, I was able to build confidence and resilience, which are both the foundation of my coaching and rehab practices.

Since catching the running bug, I’ve gone on to race the Boston, New York City, and Chicago World Major Marathons, the Corporate Challenge World Championships, and, of course, plenty of local road races. I also won the 2015 Corporate Challenge, and my most recent marathon effort qualified me for the Berlin Marathon.

The first step toward better, pain-free running is good form.
